The AP series oil-free vacuum pump is a small, multi-purpose, and pollution-free vacuum equipment. The pump's diaphragm (or piston) and the interior of the chamber have been treated to resist corrosion, making it particularly suitable for organic solvent applications.

The AP series oil-free vacuum pump can be used in conjunction with our company's FB series solvent filtration bottles, PVM/SSM series multi link filters, AMF biological filtration extraction device, SPE solid-phase extraction device to complete tasks such as rapid solvent filtration and degassing, extraction of biological samples, and sample pretreatment; Meanwhile, it is also widely used in fields such as weight analysis, microanalysis, colloid separation, and sterile testing.

The pressure regulation principle of this type of adjustable oil-free vacuum pressure pump is different from the previous "pressure relief valve principle". Instead, it uses a pressure sensor to sense the system's pressure, which is then fed back to the control pump to regulate and maintain a constant pressure through the pump's working cycle. When the flow rate changes, the pressure is not affected (when the flow rate changes, the pump designed using the "relief valve principle" maintains a constant pressure through manual adjustment). Due to the fact that in most cases, the working state of the pump is in an "intermittent" state, the pump has high efficiency and low heat generation, making it suitable for situations where pressure is adjustable, stable, and requires long-term operation. At the same time, it can provide stable negative pressure for sample extraction and purification operations in biochemical experiments.
